On October 10, 2026, FTC went back to where it all began: Complexe Sportexpo in Laval. After three years away, the return delivered an unforgettable night of K-1, with a main event that ended an unbeaten record and a knockout in the co-main event.

Jérôme Thériault ends Louis Wensley’s unbeaten record
In the main event, at 147.4 lb, Jérôme Thériault won by TKO against Louis Wensley and took away his unbeaten status. That is exactly what makes K-1 so spectacular: a single fight can change a fighter’s trajectory.
Samuel Bunch wins by KO against Alex Brown of Toronto
In the co-main event, at 170 lb, Samuel Bunch won by KO against Alexandre Brown, who came in from Toronto. A clean finish, in front of a crowd that reacted the way only K-1 can make it react.

Back to our roots, with a better fan experience
Complexe Sportexpo is where FTC started. Coming back to Laval, we adjusted the experience for spectators and worked with local businesses. Sixteen fights, doors at 5 PM, first fight at 6 PM, and Jeremy Rubin on the mic introducing the fighters.
Live the next fight night in person
The next FTC fight night takes place on February 6, 2027 in Montréal, then FTC returns to Cornwall on May 29 and August 7, 2027. Find the photos and the full recap on the FTC 14 in Laval page, every show on the Events page, and book your seat on the Tickets page.
